Your new staff starts tonight.

Five AI assistants working in your business by tonight.

Built from a 20-minute interview about your business, or your money back. They draft replies to new leads, chase open quotes, ask for reviews, write your posts and brief you every morning. On the $20 a month AI plan you pick. No tech skills.

  • Works with ChatGPT, Claude or Grok
  • About 3 hours to set up, in five blocks
  • $49 once. Working by tonight or your money back
01The problem

Who answers the lead that comes in at 9:14 tonight?

Work slips away in the gaps: the late reply, the quote nobody followed up, the review nobody asked for.

You're on a roof, under a sink or driving between jobs. The writing waits until 9 PM, and by then some of it doesn't matter anymore.

With the Front Desk on autopilot, the 9:14 PM lead has a reply drafted and waiting at the 8:00 AM Inbox Check, before your first job. You read it and tap send.

  • 2:10 PMA new lead messages. You're on a job. By the time you answer tonight, they may have called someone else.
  • 9:14 PMAnother lead fills in your website form. You're asleep by the time you'd see it.
  • Day 14The quote you sent two weeks ago is still sitting there. Somebody should follow up. Nobody has.
  • 5:30 PMA happy customer would leave a review. Nobody asks before you pull out of the driveway.
  • 9:40 PMYou know you should post this week. You're doing invoices instead.
02The big idea

Stop learning AI. Let it learn your business.

You don't need to learn prompts, tools or tech to put AI to work. You answer questions about your business for about 20 minutes, and the AI sets itself up to do the work.

What most owners are told

"To use AI, first learn prompts, tools and tech."

How AI Staff in a Day works

"Answer 19 questions about your business. The AI writes its own instructions from your answers."

Why this matters

76% use AI. 14% put it to work.

In a 2026 survey of small businesses by Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices, 76% said they use AI, but only 14% have fully integrated it into core operations. 73% said they'd benefit from more training and resources. Implementd is for owners who want to be in the 14%.

03The secret is the interview

What is the Setup Interview?

The Setup Interview is one copy-and-paste. Your AI interviews you for about 20 minutes, one question at a time, then writes your Business Brain and the job instructions for all five assistants itself, in your words.

  1. Paste one set of instructions

Into a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. That's the only thing you copy in by hand.

  2. Answer 19 short questions

Your services and prices, your area, how fast you reply, your follow-up habits, your tone, what the assistants must never say. Each question comes with an example answer. Say "skip" to any of them.

  3. Check your Business Brain

A one-page profile of your business, built from your answers. Fix anything, then say NEXT.

  4. Copy your five assistants

The AI writes each assistant's instructions one at a time, with your Business Brain inside. Missing facts show as [ASK OWNER], never a guess.

  5. Run the 1-minute tests

The AI writes a test message for each assistant and says what a good answer looks like.

Your AI13. What do you do after you send a quote, and how many times are you willing to follow up? [Example: a text after 2 days, then an email after a week]

OwnerI usually send one text a few days later, then forget. Willing to follow up 3 or 4 times.

Your AIGot it. 14. Do you ask happy customers for reviews? Where do you want them?

Question wording from the Setup Interview. Answers from our test with a fictional roofing company.

A pack of generic prompts

Doesn't know your prices, your area, your tone or your follow-up plan. You fill in the blanks every time.

The Setup Interview

Every assistant is written for one business: yours. Your facts, your voice, your rules.

04Meet your new staff

What do the five assistants do, and when do they clock in?

Each assistant does one job. Four of them run on a schedule once you switch on autopilot: the Morning Briefing at 7:00 AM, the Inbox Check at 8:00, the Quote Check at 9:00 on weekdays, and Weekly Posts on Mondays at 10:00. The Review Getter works after every job.

7:00 AM Morning Briefing, weekdays 8:00 AM Inbox Check, weekdays 9:00 AM Quote Check, weekdays 10:00 AM Weekly Posts, Mondays

Implementd crew

Morning Briefing

Clocks in 7:00 AM weekdays

Your day in 60 seconds: today's schedule and conflicts, new leads waiting, quotes due for follow-up, anything marked NEEDS YOU, and your top 3. Under 200 words, most urgent first.

Sample, fictional rooferConflict: 9:30 Alvarez repair in Hoover runs into your 9:45 supplier call. Move one.

Implementd crew

Front Desk

Clocks in 8:00 AM weekdays

Sorts your inbox into new lead, existing customer, needs you and ignore. Drafts a warm, fast reply to every lead that answers what it can and asks the 1 to 3 questions you need to quote.

Sample, fictional rooferHi Mark, Dana with Ridgeline. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry about the stain. Coming out to look is [ASK OWNER: is the visit free, or what do you charge?]

Implementd crew

Quote Chaser

Clocks in 9:00 AM weekdays

Finds quotes from the last 30 days with no reply, says which follow-up step each one is on, and drafts the one message that's due today. Under 80 words. No pressure, no made-up deadlines.

Sample, fictional rooferHi Mrs. Alvarez, Dana with Ridgeline. Just making sure the estimate for your roof repair made it to your email. Happy to walk you through the photos or answer any questions.

Implementd crew

Marketing Writer

Clocks in 10:00 AM Mondays

Three posts a week from your real jobs: one recent job, one helpful tip, one on why customers choose you. Written for each place you post. Never made-up jobs, results or reviews.

Sample, fictional roofer"Can you just patch it?" Sometimes, yes. I'll get up there, take photos, and tell you honestly if a patch will hold.

Implementd crew

Review Getter

Clocks in after every job

Drafts a short, personal review request with your review link, and a reply to every review you paste in. Bad reviews get a calm draft flagged NEEDS YOU, so you read it before anything is posted.

Sample, fictional rooferHi Sam, Dana with Ridgeline. Thanks for having us out to clean your gutters today. If you were happy with the work, would you leave me a quick Google review?

Samples are short excerpts from our test on a fictional roofing company (Ridgeline Roofing & Gutters is made up, and so are its customers). Your assistants write from your answers, in your voice.

05Straight talk

It writes. You tap send.

The assistants write drafts. You read them and send them yourself. They won't send a thing on their own, and that's on purpose.

What it does

  • Drafts replies to new leads and sorts the rest of your inbox
  • Drafts the follow-up that's due today on every open quote
  • Drafts review requests and replies to reviews
  • Briefs you at 7:00 AM on what needs you
  • Writes three posts a week from jobs you actually did
  • Writes in your voice, from your own answers

What it doesn't do

  • Send, post or reply to anyone on its own
  • Invent prices, warranties, dates or discounts. Missing facts show as [ASK OWNER]
  • Answer complaints, legal questions, discount requests or emergencies. Those are flagged NEEDS YOU, with a short holding reply for you to send
  • Offer anything in exchange for a review
  • See your texts, voicemail or Facebook messages. Those you paste in by hand
  • Promise you more jobs. It makes sure the writing gets done

We're small and new, so we have to try harder. That's why it's working by tonight, or your money back.

09Questions

Questions owners ask before they buy

Do I need to be good with computers to set this up?

No. If you can copy, paste and answer questions about your business, you can do this. The AI writes its own instructions from your answers, and every step says where to click.

What kind of business is AI Staff in a Day for?

Owner-run service businesses that live on leads and quotes: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, pest control, garage doors, painting and other trades and local services. Nothing in it is hard-coded to one trade.

Which AI do I need, and what does it cost?

Any one of ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. As of October 2026, ChatGPT Plus is $20 a month, Claude Pro is $20 a month ($17 a month paid yearly) and SuperGrok is $30 a month. ChatGPT Plus is our default pick. See the AI price check for the full comparison.

Will the assistants send emails or texts on their own?

No. They write drafts, and you read them and tap send. That's on purpose: nothing goes to a customer without you.

What if the AI doesn't know a price or a policy?

It leaves a gap marked [ASK OWNER] instead of guessing. Every assistant is told never to invent prices, dates, policies, discounts, guarantees or facts.

Do I need Gmail?

Gmail and Google Calendar let the daily jobs read your email and calendar on their own on all three AIs. Grok also connects to Outlook. Any other email still works by copy and paste.

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. AI Staff in a Day is $49 once. The only monthly cost is the AI plan you choose, and a free plan works if you're happy to copy and paste.

What happens when ChatGPT, Claude or Grok change their menus or prices?

You get free updates for 12 months. When the menus or prices change, we update the playbook and the Copy-Paste Pack, and you can reply to your purchase receipt for the latest version.

What if it isn't working by tonight?

Ask for a refund within 30 days and you get your money back in full, no questions. See the refund policy.

Can I try something free first?

Yes. The free AI Morning Briefing is one of the five assistants. It takes about 10 minutes and works on ChatGPT, Claude or Grok.
